After looking at many other builders, we went back to our first choice Aghapy and built our house with them. They quoting us on a package that fell within budget and ticked all the boxes. After negotiation stage, joseph made the entire process so easy and had all prices readily available to advise us on options for any upgrades. Once we got to the build stage, there were absolutely no setbacks or dramas- with our build being completed well within the set timeframe. All in all, we have thoroughly enjoyed our building experience with Aghapy and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We spent a lot of effort finalizing a house design that would complement our lifestyle, Joe was very professional in the way he negotiated and prepared a building contract. I checked out Joe’s feedback and gave him the job. What I liked about him is that he did exactly what he promised. I like tradesmen who say what they’ll do and then do what they say! He booked me in quickly, came at exactly at the time promised and did a great job. It was a quality, professional job. I especially liked his attention to detail with a world of knowledge, flexibility and friendly customer service with a smile always on his face.

We were incredibly lucky to have an outstanding Joe as a site manager as he was very understanding of our situation and he went ‘above and beyond’ to assist us with some difficult issues. He was always available to discuss the building process and he was always friendly and approachable. He answered our phone calls within and outside working hours and he kept us informed on a regular basis and we felt included and involved. He never made us feel like we were wasting his time! He has a great eye for detail and he obviously set very high standards for the contractors and expected the best from them. We are very happy with the quality of the final product.

Queries were efficiently and effectively attended to within a professional and friendly manner. While our project was finished a few weeks past the expected completion date, we were generally satisfied with the build quality and finish of our home. Joe was attentive and always returned calls, even after handover, and was caring and professional. we have found that Aghapy construction have generally been very good in attending to minor repairs.
