- A Design verification statement prepared by a qualified designer (Architect) or building designer accredited by the Building designers Association of Australia.
- Contact your local Council and obtain a quote for any fees to be paid to the council (Section 7.11 and 7.12 Contributions, Security Damage Deposit, Infrastructure Restoration Bond, etc).
- Check your local council subdivision policy.
- Apply and submit an application & approval for Vehicular Crossing and Stormwater kerb and gutter connection from your local Council
- Dilapidation report of neighbouring properties.
- Dilapidation report of council assets.
- Obtain a Tree permit – if removing trees over 8m in height or significant
